Radiologic Technologist Float Specialist

Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist Float Specialist needed for a dynamic team at Center For Diagnostic Imaging. As a key member of our imaging team, you will operate C-arm and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and advanced procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision.
- Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications.
- Converse with doctors, nurses, patients, and family members as required.
- Maintain patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Assist in maintaining an updated radiographic protocol manual.
- Participate in staff meetings and assist with training new associates.
Requirements:
- ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
- Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.
