Program OverviewOur 12-month RN Residency Program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed as a registered nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain the expertise to deliver high-quality patient care and advance your nursing career.
Key Program Components- Advanced clinical training in a specialty area
- Monthly educational sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Preceptorship training with a facility preceptor to guide you in your clinical practice
- Measurement and evaluation of skills through hands-on simulations
- Mentoring from experienced nurse leaders to support your professional growth
- Collaborative work on an evidence-based practice project to apply your skills in a real-world setting
As an RN Resident, you'll work closely with our experienced nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, critical care, and specialty units. Our program is designed to provide you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life, with a focus on your professional growth and development.
