About the RoleACS Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the social-emotional and behavioral needs of students in Philadelphia. You will work closely with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to create a supportive and integrated approach to student care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students: Work closely with students to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges, implementing strategies outlined in individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with school staff: Coordinate efforts with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
  • Implement behavior interventions: Utilize evidence-based strategies to support students in managing behaviors, and promoting positive coping skills and self-regulation.
  • Document and communicate progress: Maintain accurate records of interventions, collect data on student behavior, and communicate regularly with the school team, parents, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school or therapeutic setting is preferred.
  • Background Checks, up-to-date FBI and state clearances (or willing to obtain).
