Job Summary

Northern Children's Services is seeking a Lead Therapeutic Support Specialist to provide intensive behavioral health support to children and adolescents with complex needs. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with families, schools, and community agencies to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-to-one behavioral management interventions in home, school, or community settings.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with treatment team members, stakeholders, and families.
  3. Collaborate with other programs and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
