Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Recreation Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic recreational activities, ensuring a stimulating and engaging experience for our participants.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized and group activities for cognitive, physical, and social engagement
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with participants, families, and staff
  • Maintain an organized calendar of events and manage recreational supplies
  • Attend mandatory training and assist in providing education to staff
