Addiction Recovery Support Specialist

The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard is seeking a skilled Certified Recovery Specialist to provide support to individuals in recovery programs.
This role involves providing 1:1 peer counseling during treatment and aftercare support for one year following program completion. The specialist will work closely with other team members to establish a therapeutic environment that promotes participant engagement in the treatment process.
The successful candidate will have excellent observation and documentation skills, as well as strong de-escalation techniques. A background in behavioral health or human services is preferred, but not required.
Salary: $1000.00 Sign on Bonus + estimated salary range $40,000 - $60,000 per year
