Acute Care Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a skilled Acute Care RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Acute Care unit
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in Texas or New Mexico
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- 1 year of RN experience in Acute Care
