Job Title: Data Base Maintenance Specialist

At PromptCare Companies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Base Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of our CPR+/Caretend application related to the reimbursement function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our database by ensuring data consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement data maintenance processes to ensure efficient and effective data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Provide training and education to team members on data maintenance best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data maintenance and database administration.
Requirements:
  • Experience in medical office or related experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Infusion background a plus.
  • Medical Reimbursement background is required.
  • Appropriate computer skills for the position (Microsoft Office Suite) and areas of influence, CPR+/Caretend experience is required.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality, is required.
  • Data analytic skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills required.
