Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is highly valued. A commitment to a long-term position is essential, along with a passion for working with children and diverse personalities. A stable work history is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily schedules of 25 healthcare providers
  • Handle payment processing
  • Manage follow-ups on rescheduled and canceled appointments
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with providers and clients, especially regarding financial discussions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to tasks
  • Effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex information
  • Enthusiastic about process improvement and innovation
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets for data organization
  • Comfortable working in a lively clinic environment
  • Strong prioritization skills and follow-up capabilities
  • Knowledge of PHI protection and HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
