Global Paid Media Director

Our client, a rapidly growing women's apparel brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Paid Media/Digital Marketing Manager to drive global expansion, growth, and business success.
This role will play a crucial part in managing all paid digital channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and Rakuten, while working closely with internal teams and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage paid digital marketing across various channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, and affiliate, for both the US market and expanding international markets.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying strategies to acquire high-quality new customers while retaining existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to optimize campaigns.
- Develop annual paid digital marketing budgets across multiple channels and markets to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee external agencies' execution of campaigns while providing clear priorities and tracking performance.
- Mentor and develop the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies to incorporate them into our strategies.
- 4+ years of e-commerce experience with a focus on driving paid media in global markets.
- Strong understanding of best practices for direct response marketing through various digital channels in different markets.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who is data-driven with a focus on growth.
- Passionate about fashion/luxury brands.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines accurately.
- Self-starter who takes initiative in identifying areas for improvement.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for analyzing marketing performance data.
