Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of EHS programs and training initiatives, including environmental compliance, fall protection, and machine guarding.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and conduct root cause analyses to identify corrective actions and reduce risk.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to the plant on EHS matters, including regulatory interpretations and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new or modified equipment and processes.
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
