Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate research projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and statistical analyses, providing insights and recommendations to research teams.
  • Collaborate with investigators and study team members to develop and implement research protocols, questionnaires, and data collection tools.
  • Prepare grant reports and contribute to the development of research papers, ensuring high-quality writing and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, study team members, and funding agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with new methods and technologies, applying them to improve research processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a research or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three graduate statistics classes, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with R or Python programming languages, with a willingness to learn and apply new methods.
  • Experience with data management and statistical analysis software, such as SAS or SPSS.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance issues, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
