Lesaffre is seeking a skilled HRIS professional to join their team in the Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate will have experience with UKG modules and a passion for elevating the employee experience within North America.

About the Role

As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing Lesaffre's HR technology ecosystem and driving process improvements. You will possess a strong background in HRIS and HCM, with a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and implement new HRIS solutions to enhance functionality
  • Develop and enforce robust governance standards for HRIS data and system security
  • Evaluate new HR system capabilities and make strategic recommendations
  • Manage HRIS documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison to HR system vendors and troubleshoot HRIS issues
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain HR data quality
  • Communicate effectively and provide training to upskill the HR team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years in HRIS and HCM oversight, configuration, and support
  • 3+ years of experience working within a Human Resources team and role
  • Detailed understanding of a variety of UKG modules
  • Proficiency in the advanced features of Microsoft Office Products
