Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer with proficiency in SAP to manage and control project costs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cost management processes and the ability to work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
- Utilize SAP for cost tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering, with a strong emphasis on SAP.
- Proficient in SAP (specifically in modules related to cost management, project systems, and financials).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and cost control processes.
- Compensation: $45 per hour, with a benefits package available after 60 days.
