Job Summary

Bottega Veneta, a leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills. As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Utilize your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while developing new clients and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Bottega Veneta collections, trends, and styles to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge and Passion: A genuine interest in fashion, knowledge of luxury brands, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month.

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.00-$24.00/hr, plus discretionary bonus and commission eligibility.
