Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with 3PL providers, promoting our suite of logistics software & services, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential 3PL clients through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within 3PL organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and value of iDrive Logistics solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Skills in pipeline management and crafting meaningful follow-up emails and phone calls.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and 3PL operations and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
