Commercial Transaction Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer with a strong focus on dealmaking and a passion for healthcare law. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex deals and partnerships, driving business growth and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with our clinical sales team to understand client needs and tailor agreements accordingly. Your expertise in commercial transactions and healthcare law will enable you to negotiate and close high-value contracts with large provider practices, GPOs, and technology partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our AI-first healthtech products comply with regulatory requirements and intellectual property rights.

The estimated salary for this position is $200K - $225K per year, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision, excellent maternity and paternity paid time off, and more.
