Director, Building and Facilities Operations- Fort Worth

The Director, Building and Facilities Operations will oversee all aspects of building facility management, including ATM kiosks, physical security operations, landlord relations, real estate acquisition, construction, capital improvements, space planning, complex building and power systems, general maintenance, furniture, building support services, security controls, and safety functions at all locations. This role ensures a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors while maintaining regulatory compliance and regulations, including OSHA, ADA, city fire codes, and state elevator codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver, and direct all strategic objectives relative to project planning, design, construction, and/or remodels of new and existing corporate offices, financial centers, and proprietary ATM kiosks.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage new builds and/or remodels, project teams, and vendors.
  • Develop project plans, schedule project meetings, oversee contractors and subcontractors, and provide onsite support.
  • Manage project budgets and oversee vendor/contractor payments, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Five to seven years of job-related experience, including at least five years in project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong people skills and good negotiating skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques, with broad knowledge of business functions and project management experience.
  • Ability to analyze and prepare budgets, use allocated resources effectively, and communicate with all levels of personnel.
Abilities:
  • Assess and resolve facility issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Organize and lead project teams in new branch builds/renovations.
  • Effectively communicate and work with all levels of personnel.
  • Travel required for site inspections and emergency situations.
