Job Title: Building Technician II

Trail Drive Management Corp. is seeking a skilled Building Technician II to join our team at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with building systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Work with the Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the arena and surrounding facilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in vehicle mechanical maintenance and building systems repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school graduate or certification in a related field preferred.
  • ASE certifications, HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial facility maintenance.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA safety codes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Work Environment:

The Building Technician II will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The position requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with hazardous materials. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a team environment.
