Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to gain a competitive edge in the waste industry.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
  • Lead establishment and maintenance of robust data management systems and processes.
  • Develop data governance policies and practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program to protect the company's IT assets.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate IT-related risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate, select, and manage IT solutions and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in the IT industry or data management.
  • 7+ years IT management/leadership experience.
  • Experience in strategizing and architecting enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
  • Good experience with IT infrastructure and security.
  • Must be on-site.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or software engineering, or information systems; MBA or other master's level degree is a plus.
