As a Registered Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing Student Achievement: Support and promote the educational and behavioral objectives of all students, particularly those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Direct Therapy: Provide therapy directly to assigned clients.
- Program Implementation: Execute programs as outlined in the treatment plan and under the guidance of your supervisor.
- Behavior Support: Implement behavior support strategies to ensure consistent and positive behavioral outcomes for our students, fostering their well-being and success across various settings.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development and education to remain updated with best practices.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, supportive connections with parents and external professionals.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- An Associates Degree or equivalent (48 semester hours).
- A strong desire to positively impact the lives of students with special education needs.
