Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a Culture of Safety Excellence
  • Provide engineering expertise for construction initiatives, operational processes, and maintenance activities
  • Lead electrical engineering efforts to meet safety, customer satisfaction, quality, sustainability, and profitability objectives
  • Work closely with the operations team to diagnose equipment and process challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Create maintenance protocols for repair and refurbishment
  • Oversee equipment refurbishments and manage capital improvement initiatives
  • Guide and develop the skills of department personnel

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Capability to create requirements, specifications, and P&ID diagrams
  • Experience in managing and executing capital projects
  • Expertise in PLC systems configuration, programming, and motor drive optimization
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or equipment installation
