Job Summary:

Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for a skilled Preventive Pet Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing an efficient and productive team that provides the highest quality care and service to pets and clients.

About the Role:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the hospital leadership in developing an efficient, productive team.
  • Foster an environment where a team can deliver quality, efficient, and effective veterinary care to pets.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional client service (lead by example).
  • Assist in effectively scheduling associates to meet client needs, while proactively planning time off and CE scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening shifts.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with loud noise and strong smells.
