Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests as they are seated, respond to their requests, and communicate effectively with servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Perform side work at the start and end of each shift, maintain clean service areas, and sort soiled tableware in the designated area.
  • Support Server Team: Assist servers as needed, take soiled tableware to the dish room, and clean and reset tabletops between seating's.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
  • Positive Energy and Teamwork: Have a positive attitude, be ready to assist fellow support staff, and work as a team player.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
  • Flexibility: A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
