Key Responsibilities
Join a collaborative team and embark on your financial services career within our customer support center. If you are new to the field, we provide a comprehensive paid training program along with ongoing coaching to guide your professional development. Collaborate with our team and clients to:
- Deliver exceptional service in our customer support center for retirement savings accounts
- Inform and empower clients without engaging in cold calling or sales
- Communicate essential updates and modifications regarding plans
- Facilitate contribution adjustments, loans, and withdrawals
- Execute general account modifications as directed by clients
- Gain the opportunity to train for and obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Qualifications
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including non-traditional hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Associate's degree or higher AND a minimum of one year of customer service experience (which may include food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience
Preferred Attributes
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Experience in financial services or customer support environments
- Possession of FINRA Series 6 and 63 or equivalent licensure
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Willingness to engage with clients over the phone
- Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of a diverse clientele
- Attention to detail and capacity to learn and apply financial industry regulations and procedures
Internet Requirements:
To ensure your success, you must provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable workspace at home to attend training and work without interruptions. Necessary computer equipment, headsets, and training materials will be supplied.
- Minimum internet speed of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload is required for optimal voice quality
- Associates must connect their computers directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable to ensure consistent voice quality.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position typically falls between $38,000 and $52,425. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
