Key Responsibilities:
Perform land management activities for environmental restoration sites

Complete tasks such as herbicide application, mowing, mechanical removal of invasive or nuisance species, and earthwork (regrading, contouring), as well as planting and data collection.

Safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles during mowing and restoration tasks.
Maintain detailed logs of all land management activities and provide regular updates to project managers.
Work closely with the team to set priorities and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:
Comfortable working outdoors in a range of conditions, including extreme heat, dense vegetation, wetlands, and uneven terrain.
Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including tractor and mowers.
Ability to identify native and invasive plant species
Dependability and a strong attention to detail
A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is highly desired, but not required.
Herbicide Application Certification is a strong plus.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
