The role of a Clinical Applications Consultant offers an engaging and varied work atmosphere. We are looking for proactive individuals with a robust educational foundation and outstanding technical and interpersonal skills to become part of the dynamic Clinical Applications Neurosurgical team across North America.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, or Medical Physics
  • A proven ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
  • A commitment to fulfilling customer requirements and achieving company/team goals effectively
  • Strong aptitude for rapid learning and critical analysis
  • Innovative thinking in developing advanced techno-clinical solutions for unique challenges
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Proficiency in delivering captivating presentations to large groups
  • Effective collaboration with scientific clients, clinical personnel, and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including weekends and occasional international trips
  • Experience in MR environments and clinical settings is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide training and support to clinical staff and business personnel at both new and established treatment facilities
  • Deliver on-site assistance to improve user knowledge within the designated region
  • Exhibit expertise in all facets of the technology
  • Create technical documentation, including reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with various teams to serve as the technical liaison between the organization and clinical users in a fast-paced, cooperative environment
  • Travel domestically and internationally (Americas) for at least 60% of the time, with occasional weekend and overnight commitments
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Scientific Degree or relevant experience in biomedical/neuroscience/medical research (preferably Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Practical experience in areas such as MRI, ultrasound, or Operating Room
  • Proficiency in guiding medical personnel and complex multi-disciplinary products (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license and passport are required
