Job Description:
We are seeking a Waiver Services Coordinator to join our team at Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating waiver services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, with the goal of promoting independence and community integration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of waiver programs and regulations, as well as experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate waiver services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and community integration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, caregivers, and service providers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation required

Salary and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
