Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Grant County, WA

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team at Confluence Health in Grant County, WA. Our multi-specialty healthcare organization offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Position Overview- Standard four-day work week with a focus on outpatient care
- Light call schedule with nurse triaged calls
- Access to lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health services
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- 20-25 patients per day
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- J1 Candidates considered
- First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with RVU production in year two
- Up to 6 weeks of time off (for full-time, four-day production work week after first year)
- Relocation expenses covered, including packing
- Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
