Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Management team in the daily operations of the store.
  • Lead by demonstrating consultative selling techniques and maintain a strong energetic presence on the sales floor.
  • Represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner.
  • Daily responsibilities include people leadership, cash handling procedures, and inventory processing.
  • Create a guest-centric environment by training, coaching, and developing team members.
Requirements:
  • Sales driven and goal focused.
  • Experienced in coaching, training, and mentoring Sales Associates.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf Team Members.
  • A great multitasker with impeccable decision-making skills.
  • Excellent in communicating effectively with team members and guests.
  • Someone who takes initiative and is a team player.
  • Strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations.
  • Willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Accurate with counts and proficient with basic math skills.
