Imagine One is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer III to provide research and engineering services for the U.S. Navy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of Cybersecurity experience in performing system hardening, STIG implementation, and vulnerability assessments using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution tool. Additionally, the candidate must have experience remediating vulnerability findings, including implementing vendor patches on both Linux and Windows Operating systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform system hardening and STIG implementation
Conduct vulnerability assessments using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution tool
Remediate vulnerability findings, including implementing vendor patches on both Linux and Windows Operating systems
Collaborate with the U.S. Navy to provide research and engineering services
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of Cybersecurity experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+)
One of the following training courses: CYBR2100 Certified Ethical Hacker, CYBR1100 Network Traffic Analysis, CYBR2400 Cyber Operator Training Course, or NEC 742A Network Security Vulnerability Technician
U.S. Citizenship and ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance
Security investigation with an IT level-1 designation in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and/or Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
