Job Opportunity: Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

ARC Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of security controls to mitigate risk to the enterprise and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis of trends, news, and changes in the threat and compliance landscape with respect to organizational risk
  • Develop and implement security controls to decrease risk to the enterprise and its subsidiaries
  • Lead proof of concepts and proof of technology assessments to mitigate risk before business case and investments are realized
  • Lead security technology incident response and problem management
  • Collaborate with other departments to establish security practices as one of the core functions of information technology
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of related work experience, with at least 6 years in cybersecurity and 2 years in infrastructure/development
  • Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, protocols, and standards
  • Proven leadership abilities, including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, and facilitation of open discussions
  • Experience with CyberArk, Delinea, and/or Symantec PAM, Microsoft Entra PIM, and/or AWS Identity Center, and Directory Services (AD, Oracle, ForgeRock, etc.)
