Job Title: Flat Rate Technician

We are seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team at Station CDJR, a division of 24 Auto Group. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will be responsible for the actual service and/or repair of vehicles assigned to you by service management or their designated representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
  • Ensure that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of Flat Rate experience.
  • CDJR knowledge a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment screening and background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Station CDJR is a fast-paced work environment with great coworkers. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 a year, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on experience and qualifications. The bonus will be paid in equal amounts every 90 days for your first year.
