Job Summary:

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Manage the repair shop's daily operations, including scheduling and parts ordering
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and sales staff

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
