Solutions Consultant, Eze Client Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Eze Client Services team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their success with our investment technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of our investment technology solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues

  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on our solutions

  • Conduct client onboarding and implementation activities

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, computer science, or business administration

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of investment technology solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
