We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at MPLT Healthcare. This role is ideal for a board-certified physician with a passion for delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients.

About the Role:

The Pediatric Care Specialist will work as part of a dynamic team, providing comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, and children in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and well-child visits
  • Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries
  • Perform minor procedures, such as circumcisions and extra-digit ligation
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric medicine developments and best practices

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A medical degree (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in pediatrics
  • A valid North Carolina medical license and DEA certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in pediatric medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
