Pediatric Respiratory Therapist

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status, including monitoring vital signs, oxygen saturation, and ventilator settings.
- Mechanical Ventilatory Support: Provide mechanical ventilation support, including setting up and managing ventilators, as well as performing chest physical therapy and humidification treatments.
- Medication Administration: Administer aerosolized and instilled medications, as prescribed by physicians, using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Transportation and Education: Safely transport patients within the hospital, while also educating patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and strategies.
The estimated salary for this position is $72,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
