The ideal candidate will work independently to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle data infrastructure, including measurement strategies such as A/B testing and real-time customer interaction datasets. Collaborate with the global brand team to refine our content across diverse channels, including email and organic platforms. Manage analytical functions for cross-sell initiatives, expanding our brand's reach to new audiences. Shape the strategic direction of partner teams by establishing and refining key performance indicators that reflect business health.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience working with complex datasets to inform organizational decisions. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to review and assist with code produced by colleagues. Experience in conducting A/B tests and performing statistical analyses. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying analytical findings to business partners in a clear and concise manner. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business challenges and implement effective reporting solutions. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a two-sided marketplace or marketing analytics. Understanding of digital touchpoints and measurement strategies. Background in customer lifecycle marketing analytics. Experience handling large datasets, including familiarity with tools like Spark, Hive, or dbt. Knowledge of AWS services such as Redshift and S3. Understanding of modeling techniques, including linear regressions and causal impact models.
