About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in converting data into actionable business insights that drive operational efficiencies and enhance the success of our sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate WW FBA business performance to identify areas of opportunity and present summarized findings to senior leadership.
  • Partner with WW FBA stakeholders to develop and align on business metrics, automated reporting structures, and process improvements.
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources related to WW FBA seller performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics and compile it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of writing advanced SQL queries.
  • 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience.
  • 5+ years of Excel (pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience defining requirements to achieve complex business solutions.
  • Ability to transform data and metrics into visualizations and summaries for L10+ audiences.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with comfortability presenting to L10+ audiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
