Job Title: Project Manager

Optimus Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading new Vector System integrations from contract close to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with key organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop schedules, and identify resource requirements.
  • Proactively monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage communication channels, and foster collaboration amongst team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies as necessary.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met according to specifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Provide timely communication to leadership regarding project status and pending issues.
  • Engage cross departmentally to ensure all project components are aligned and working together.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant task, project, or program management experience, preferably in a start-up or other rapid-growth environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing project plans within scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Click-Up, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
