At Dassault Aviation, we are committed to excellence in our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. Our advanced facility is designed to accommodate a wide range of Falcon models, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clientele across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with customers, colleagues, and visitors.
- Execute maintenance tasks efficiently, adhering to quality standards and utilizing relevant technical documentation.
- Familiarize yourself with the Quality Control systems and procedures pertinent to your assigned duties.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
- Understand and apply the Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135.
- Complete necessary maintenance documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist the Aircraft Crew Chief with shift transition requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Project Supervisor to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Engage in daily activities that prioritize customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Implement effective housekeeping practices through a structured 5S system.
- Focus on Human Factors in the workplace, striving for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the corporate mission and vision by achieving departmental goals.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a business jet maintenance environment, ideally with Falcon aircraft.
- Qualified in APU operations.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- No allergies to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, or cleaning solvents.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Manual dexterity suitable for a technician role.
- Proficient in using computers and aircraft maintenance software.
- FAA Inspection Authorization is preferred.
- Completion of at least one Falcon Initial Maintenance School is desirable.
- Engine Run & Taxi qualification on business jets, preferably Falcon aircraft, is a plus.
