Job Summary:

STS Aviation Services is seeking a skilled A&P Technician to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. As a key member of our aircraft maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on Airbus A320 and CRJ aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working as an A&P Technician in a MRO or Line maintenance environment.
  • Valid A&P certifications required.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
