Client Services Specialist – Onsite

Location: City, State

Reports to: Client Manager

Classification: Part Time Hourly, Non-Exempt (20 hours per week)

Salary: $17.000 per hour

Starting pay may vary based on location and experience, in compliance with state regulations. Competitive rates tailored to expertise and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather essential information for processing anesthesia billing.
  • Transmit charges to the central office.
  • Verify charges against the surgical schedule.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality standards.
  • Support with additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Familiarity with basic office machinery.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Vaccination records required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit, talk, and listen for extended periods throughout the workday. Physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be occasionally required. Frequent hand motions such as grasping and fingering are necessary. Capability to read documents on paper or digital screens. Travel may be necessary to various hospital sites.
