The Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Implement and maintain M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
- Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
- Able to operate standard kitchen equipment.
