Job Title: Compounder 1

Position Overview: This role is responsible for the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Operate in a safe manner and adhere to Corporate Safety Policies.
  2. Maintain a valid lift truck certification.
  3. Adhere to batch sheet specifications and mixing protocols.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Regularly mount and dismount the lift truck.
  2. Ascend and descend stairs multiple times during each shift.
  3. Capable of working in temperatures up to 100 degrees for extended periods.
  4. Stand for 6 to 7 hours during a shift.
  5. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. consistently.
  6. Handle dyes and chemicals without experiencing allergic reactions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Basic computer skills for product labeling.
  2. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  3. Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Work Shift: 8-hour non-rotating shift, hours are determined by in-punch day, following the observed calendar, shift starts in the morning.
