Job Title: Compounder 1

Position Overview:

The role involves the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Adhere to safety protocols and Corporate Safety Policies.
  2. Possess and maintain a valid lift truck certification.
  3. Execute mixing procedures and batch sheet specifications accurately.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Regularly operate a lift truck.
  2. Navigate stairs multiple times during shifts.
  3. Endure temperatures up to 100 degrees for extended periods.
  4. Stand for 6 to 7 hours during a shift.
  5. Repeatedly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  6. Handle dyes and chemicals without adverse reactions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Basic computer skills for label management.
  2. Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  3. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Work Shift:

8-hour non-rotating shift, hours determined by in-punch day, following the observed calendar, with shifts commencing in the morning.
