As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new client leads through strategic networking, outreach, and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients and their families to determine suitable services.
  • Effectively promote Saneg Home Care's home care services, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and outcomes to management.
  • Represent Saneg Home Care at local events and networking functions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (desired).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within healthcare or home care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with home care services and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A empathetic and client-centric approach.

Compensation Package

">

The estimated annual compensation for this role is approximately $65,000 to $85,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
