Job Summary

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating power-operated equipment, accurately picking and packing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to move materials and products
  • Pick and pack items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
  • Restock items not needed short-term according to established procedures
  • Assist with contacting freight couriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
  • Label and prepare items for shipment and load and unload trucks as needed
  • Update the Warehouse Management system with transactions
  • Perform daily safety checklist and standard battery charging procedures
  • Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required
  • Current forklift certification or the ability to become certified within 30 days required
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds alone and greater weights in a team-lift environment
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods
  • Able to climb ladders as needed
