Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at ASI Computer Technologies in Richardson, Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a competitive 401(k) plan.
