Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insightful cost direction and support to various departments, including plant management, quality, purchasing, planning, and inventory control.
  • Monitor capital spending versus budget and review and analyze results to support capital processes.
  • Assist in cost savings studies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Supply Chain Finance Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly financial closing processes.
  • Produce monthly financial reports for senior management and corporate stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic audits and assist with year-end cycle counts to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, preferably within a manufacturing plant.
  • A passion for learning and professional development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
